Refund Policy

At Padel Cafe, we certainly hope you’ll adore what you’ve bought. However, if you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase of padel rackets, we’re happy to help. Please see our refund policy below for full details on our returns and refund policies. 

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds and accept returns in the following situations: 

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • You request a return within 7 days from the time of delivery. 
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) for any refund request.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for: 

  • Rackets that were either used or damaged by mishandling or misuse (and if you were the one to handle/misuse…)
  • Rackets returned without original packaging or missing items/pieces.
  • Any items that were marked as final sale or clearance.

The Return Process

To return a product: 

  • Email us at info@padelcafe.pk or call us at +92 302 2949 999 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if applicable. 
  • Our team will review your return request and inform you via email or phone call about return instructions in case your return is approved. 
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was defective or incorrect. 
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email, text message, or call on the status of your refund.

Refund Method

Once an approved refund is confirmed, funds will be returned via online funds transfer within 5-7 business days. (Different banks may have varying processing times). 

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect racket: 

  • Email our team at info@padelcafe.pk within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • You’ll need to provide either order details or upload clear photos of the damaged or wrong product included in the email.  
  • We’ll provide an online refund or replacement at no additional cost. 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation can happen within 12 hours of placing the order.  

Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations. As orders may have already been conditionally processed or shipped at that time. 

Exchanges

We do not currently handle exchanges.  

To exchange an item, you must first return an item as a refund and then place a new order.
