Shipping Policy

At Padel Cafe, we are dedicated to shipping your padel gear safely and as quickly as possible. This shipping policy states our shipping conditions, processing time, delivery estimate, and other significant terms for your padel gear purchase. 

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 4 working days upon successful payment (excluding public holidays and weekends). 

Orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. 

In the event of any delay due to heavy order volume, supplier problems, or any other unforeseen situation, we will inform you through email or phone.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent that includes your tracking number. 
  • You can use the tracking ID to locate and keep track of your package on the courier’s website. 
  • If you don’t receive a confirmation email in your inbox within 24 hours, please contact us at [insert email address]. 

Shipping Address

  • Please make sure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of the order. 
  • Padel Cafe is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the customer. 
  • If you would like to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. 

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to: 

  • An incorrect or incomplete address 
  • The customer’s failure to accept or collect the package 

You may be charged for reshipping costs. We will contact you before taking further action. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging and preparing your order for shipment. In case of any lost or damaged goods, we may offer help in investigating the cause of damage. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Process of shipments during sale or peak periods

During sales and busy seasons/events, we ask for your understanding in advance that our processing and shipping times may be slower than usual due to a higher shipping volume.
